My mock results did not come back yet, this year I have decided to consternate during class and make sure to take notes. I think I did well on my mocks and have accomplished my goals for semester 2. The mocks were hard but I am happy to see my results.
From semester 1 my goals was to concentrate in class, I have cleared it but other goals are still not done.
My overall results for first semester was not that bad. But could of get better scores. My science was bad other then that it was a pass.
The goals from first semester was completed and was useful, but there were parts that I could improve on. My goals were:
To concentrate, and take notes from the teacher
To ask any questions to the teacher These goals were used in classrooms, but could of improved if I was not lazy. So overall Science was the worst score. If I use these goals for this subject maybe I might get a better score then the first semester.
Box out is a book that John Coy wrote. This book is about a boy Liam Berstrom. This boy just jointed the varsity basketball. The coach needed to replace an injury senior with a guy who can grab a rebounds. This is just a chance for Liam. Because he is tall and he wants to get a chance for the basketball game. He finds away to get into the basket ball team. He meets lots of other different people and he wins the game.
This Story is about my Dad’s side
My grandpa (dad’s side) when he was my age moved to China because of the Atlantic war, World War 2.
My grandpa’s hometown was Miyagi-ken.
The war happened in 1938 and ended in 1946. At the end of the war my grandpa returned to Japan.
When back in Japan, he met my grandmother, they first did an arranged marriage and they later married. There first child was a girl who they named Yukie, 4 years later my dad (Yasumoto) was born. My grandfather used these names because his dad was a fortune teller. He chose the names of children carefully, because he wanted them to have a smart name.
The Sato family had never migrated to another country. My Grandpa only moved 3 times. The first time was to China, the second time was to Tokyo, and the last time was to Yokohama. During his lifetime he created an electrical company called Miyagi Denki. They named it Miyagi because my grandpa was born in Miyagi.
My grandmother is named, Osada Mutsuko, she had 9 sisters. This is a coincidence because my mother’s name is also Osada. My grandmother’s hometown was in Yamanashi-ken. When she was 23 years old She moved to Yokohama to work.
My Grandparents moved to a house when my dad was 4 years old. It was a really good house close to them. They lived in that house for about 27 years.
When my dad was 24 years old, he decided to work for his dad’s company. They really made a good profit.
When my dad was 28 years old, he married my mom. They lived in Tokyo. Then I was born and my sister ( Moena ) followed by my little brother (Mikey) was born in Yokohama.

Transportation is a very convenient thing to ride on. However, when people are in a rush they can crash into peoples and get them injured. This is really Dangers; it is because cars, bicycle and motorcycle can use it for killing people. The average of having accidents in Japan is about 7,400 traffic accident fatalities in Japan each year, and about 1350 were motorcycle related accidents -motorcycles are very popular in Japan. These accidents happen because people have been speeding up and also they ignore traffic lights and don’t follow the rules. People should be pacent by stopping the car when the light is red and when people are crossing the road. There are some parts that they don’t have traffic lights, especially when the driver thinks when he can speed up. We have to be safe and look around the road. It is because kids might run out from the Sidewalk some objects can come out from no ware. Phones, drifting away, sleeping, drunk and sometimes error on the cars, usually cause many accidents.
For motorcycles and bicycles you should put on a helmet. It is because if you fall down you might injure your self. For cars they should put on their seat belt. Lots of accidents can be by seat belts. If you don’t do your seat belt, 100% you will get injured. To not prevent accedents.
In my opinion cars and motorcycle and even bicycles can hurt people.
“Lost Riders” is a book that Elizabeth Laird wrote. In this book there’s a boy name Rashid who is my age and got sent away to far country Witch was Dubai or Pakistan. He is worked as a camel jockey and enters a completly violent world. Over to the long country he made friends. they were Iqbal and Amal. These friends helped Rashid to go back to his own country.
Hi, I will be talking about 5 Days Forever.
5 Days forever is an original group that I made with my friends. We called it 5 Days Forever because we went on a field studies and it will be a good memory for us. Well, so it’s a group that I made with my friends witch are Kento, Sunbird, Riki, and I. We have other members too.
The Blue Man Group inspired us; because we are so big fan of them that we thought it will be cool for us to make our original percussion group.
It all started from felid Study at North Star. My friends and me were just hitting the floor and making rhythm, and then one of the group members said, “Lets make a group and perform in North Star”. Our eyes just shined. So, we made the group. We only had three nights and four days left to prepare our show. On Thursday we had to perform.
So this group has three members and has four staff.
Mainly there’s three people and they walk down the street and hit like garbage cans and on the ground and even pipes. If we have drum sticks we can do anything.
5 Days forever is a group that makes sound with lots of materials like Blue Man Group. It’s particularly a group that is a percussionist group that makes sound out of anything. We performed at North Star, middle school assembly, and the Middle School Halloween dance party. We will also be performing in the winter concert and Middle school Talent show. We have been doing this since the start of North Star. We will be doing this until we graduate.
We all liked Blue Man Group we thought to make one of those groups. It was our dream to make these kinds of groups.
