General Science- Water Rocket
Aim: To see how high the rocket flies
Material: 2 C.C Lemon Pet Bottle, cardboard paper, duct tape and foam
Steps: First, cut the edge of one of the pet bottle and stuck the other bottle together. Then to make it stable we used duct tape to stick the two pet bottles together. After that, we made a cone to prevent air resistance. We made it using cardboard paper and stuck it on top of the bottle. Next, we made the fins or wings for our rocket using foam. Then we stuck the fins on the side of the pet bottle and decorated our rocket.
This is a picture of our completed rocket.
Background Information: Water rockets take off with the force from the air pressure and weight from the water. When you make the rocket, you should use a soda bottle because soda bottles are strong to prevent from exploding. Water Rocket work by adding water inside the bottle and lauching it
