Allez Viens a Paris

January 12th, 2012 by

A. Tourist Attractions: Eiffel tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe and The Louvre Museum

Famous People: Zenidine Zidane

B. Parc de la Villette, Place des Vosges, Chapel Saint-Louis des Invalide, Arc de Triomphe

C. I have chosen The Eiffel Tower. First of all it is hugeThe Eiffel Tower is also a lot taller than the Arc de Triomphe. The Arc de Triomphe is also about 60 years older than the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower is made out of a different material

E. One thing I would incorporate is a of culture. I can ensure this by having lots of different types of museums, monuments and some things that show our heritage. Paris seems to Have quite a lot.. I would also make sure my city has a lot of resources. I would also like to have many different types of races and people living in my city.

My brochure Reflection

December 8th, 2011 by

1

During the past few weeks we have been making brochures about what they like to do in each seasons. I found out that not a lot of people like volleyball and football was more popular. Football was mostly popular to boys because they play it every time. On november 10th we had cross-country day. On that day we ran with people who came from Ishinomaki. I interacted mostly with a girl named Rinka, Rinka is a 7th grader but in an american school she is in 8th grade so she is one year older than me. I thought that she was really nice and bright.

2

I learned my best by researching about my favorite players and learning more detailed information about them that I never knew before.I think i could have put more work in to the work.

3

My national sport is AFL or ausie rules not many people know of the sport but it is kind of like Gallic football they are kind of the same just with different rules and different balls and they play each other every once and a while and they have a big tournament and they come to australia or australia comes to them and they play each other and they change the rules a little.

4

I approached the criteria ok but i think there could have been some more improvements.I think that i could have put a little more time and effort in to this brochure because it is not the best work i can give and if i were to give my self a score out of ten on a criteria i would give myself a 5.
