Does copyright hinder or cultivate creativity?

I think that copyright hinders creativity because we take peoples work and we make it better fix it up to are own liking, We are going to have to use have to use someone else’s creation in order to create something.
Basically everything that you create has to do is copyright. if we want to create something, we need to be inspired by others first, we need to use beats so we use a drum beat but that beat is already made from someone else. Everything that we invent from someone else’s creation. But, because of copyright laws, they need to pay for that one drum sound.
Overall, I think that copyright hinders creativity because everything that we invent is something that we take from something original and make it better or change it. However i think if you make a little video or just remix and its 1 min long or less then that should be allowed, if its over 10 mins than maybe it should not be allowed.

Tech Reflection

For the last few weeks in Tech class we have been making our own slide show about a topic we brainstormed. I chose soccer because im so used to soccer that i thought it would be a good topic to chose. We had to research three presentations made by other people and note what they did well and what they did good.
Investigation: For the investigation we looked at many different presentations and we reflected what was good about those presentations and what they could have done better, we drew a table and wrote good things bad things and overall how there presentation was.
Design: For the Design we made our own presentation about a topic we chose, i chose soccer because i can relate to soccer, i play soccer almost every day so i know alot of the rules and how to play the games so it was challenging but a bit easier because i know about soccer. We had to create our presentation, i chose to make my presentation on keynote because i like the way keynote is, it is easy to use and it is a simple presentation application.
Plan: In the plan we started to brainstorm about different topics that we were going to present on. Then we had to pick one of the three and make another brainstorm but this time it was more detailed and had alot of content into the brainstorm.I brainstormed about soccer as i explained above i can relate to soccer a lot.
Create: For the creating process we had to create the presentation, simple. but no it wasnt that simple we had to find the right pictures and it was a bit challenging to find the right pictures, i had a lit of problems in the type of text i wrote, i didnt want it to be really Silly text but i didnt want to use Times New Roman.
Presentation: I presented infront of the class as did my peers, i had alot of strengths in this presentation but i also had a lot of weaknesses, here and some of them for you,
+ I didnt have a lot of text on my slides
+ I spoke with a loud and clear voice
+ Introduction
+ I had interesting pictures
- I was fiddling a lot with my hands
- It was a short slide show
This was an good unit and presenting is something that we all have to do now and then. I Hope i can have the same skills and improve my weaknesses for the next time we present in class.

Showcase portfolio

1.I will study math because i think that i am behind.
I was trying to get better on my math because I was really bad at math back then but I have been studying and learning and now I am really good at math and when ever we have test’s or speed test’s I am better then I was ever and I am still trying to get better.
2.I will learn or try harder to draw better.
I will draw and draw till I think that I am better at drawing because if you keep trying and trying you will after a while you will get it right.And my parents are saying that I am a better drawer then I was ever before.
3.I will study my Japanese and be much better.
I have been here for more then 2 years so I think that I should no a little more japanese and I am learning and my mum is learning .And I am getting much much better I hope that I will be in a not native but maby a grade up in japanese so that I can learn some more.

After more practice ……
I chose this work because I improved a lot because i practiced a lot.

I chose this because i learnt all this in 1 class and i know it all.

Evaluare reflection

I think that my video fits the criteria of community and service because it will help people when they want to know how to make a rubix cube on sketch up and then people will be happy witch means that it is in the criteria of community and service.
I am happy with my finished tutorial but i think that i should have skipped over a little so that it won’t have been 11 minutes and then maybe more people may have watched it because it wont have been so long and then they would have learned in maybe five or six minutes.
I used reflection and communication because i talked to people and i asked questions and i went over my work that is why it is reflection and communication.
I worked really hard in class and I did a lot of work in class and i was always productive and working at my best and my hardest and i always did my work on the deadline or before.I would not play games on the ten minute break or a recess before tech class.

Tutorial plan reflection

We were doing tutorials and made plans for them. My Storyboard was was clear and organized. All the information was organized into boxes and I tried to make it clear to understand.I kept thinking about my answers for my storyboard.I tried to make my plan organized and clear as well trying to put what first,second,third etc.I have been working on it for a while and I think that I am good at it know.
I will make it slow so the viewer can understand and I am talking and there is text in the video.so if they don’t hear me at 1 point the can read the text.I also have zoom so that I can zoom in to some things and the can see what I mean.
I still need to learn how to screen record because i don’t know how to do that yet.i have learnt a lot so far we learn new things every day but I don’t know if screen recording will be hard or easy to do because if you say something wrong you have to restart the hole video I hope that wont happen a lot to me.

MY reflection

Lately in tech we have been doing tutorials. We have had to research three or more videos from youtube.Then we had to pic or favorite and write why it was good.Then we had to visit two or more blogs and comment about them.I comment on Marshalls project because I like watching people solving Rubik cubes and h loves to solve them also he is my friend so i always see my friends blogs.I also commented on Harrys Because I love to draw and so know I can draw koala’s. Then we had to make are own tutorial on google presentations.I learned that you should never have distractions, you should always have emotion in your voice to keep it interesting. I also learned that you should have a good description on how to do something.

Best tutorial for How to draw cartoon characters

I am learning tutorial research. I watched this video because I like to draw cartoons and this showed me how to draw different things and different characters.I love cartoons so much I have this book that I draw in and this gave me a lot of new ideas.This video showed me how to Draw better cartoon and cartoon characters.He showed me some extra tips like not to big it will look not good and not to small he had a lot of detail.His voice was really clear and not to hard it was simple.

Evaluate reflection

I am very happy with my blog and the way it works. I am very happy with the way my blog is because This is the way I want it to be but I wanted a different picture but i thought that the picture I have was ok. I would not change anything maybe learn more faster but i would not change anything els.
I think that I worked very well in class and I was very very productive.I would get given work and I would do it productively.I think that I would listen to people more and not just always go on with my idea I will always listen to people know and i would work more/ better and more productively.
I hope that i will use my skills for to make the blog look a lot better.I will use my skills by always updating and I hope that i will tell people how to add the extra things like snow as i have snow on my blog. I hope in the future There will be more things and extras because i like adding new things to my blog because it makes my blog look better and I will always try to make my blog look perfect or at least look much much much more better then it dose now because i like my blog now but i know i can do much better.
I grew a lot dewing this project by learning and adding more to this blog because when we started this blog I knew nothing absolutely nothing I did not even know how to download a picture and a link but now I can do it so good I know it of by heart.I did not just learn technology skills I learned some knew words that I don’t think that i would have learned in english,japanese,french,math or any other class so thank you for teaching me all about the way it works Tech teacher.My school is yis.I am a thinker

Creative Reflection

I am very happy with my blog design and the theme that I have to go with the design altho it is not the blog that I want to have like I wanted to have the picture of a James Bonds car but I like the picture that I have now.
My blog meets the criteria of organized and appropriate posts and Extra Videos etc.Because I always try to keep it organized and add videos and I never put bad things in my posts so I am appropriate and I put appropriate posts.
I need to learn a lot more from the teachers I will have because i still need to know a lot more like how to get new things to put on to the blog and a lot more I hope that i have a lot more learning time.
