These are the questions that I have thought of:
What changes?
Since when did the temperature start to rise?
How does pollution effect the climate?

In humanities class we had a debate if child labour is necessary or not.
This was my speech.
What would you improve about your presentation?
If I had another chance to do this kind of presentation I would change my tone and pitch of voice during the presentation. I think that the things I had said during the presentation was persuasive, but because of my tone and pitch of my voice it did not sound persuasive that much as I had imagined. Also next time, I would like to improve the skills of my presentation skills. I think that my volume of my voice was good enough, but my voice was not clear enough, and my pace of my speech was too fast.
When you watch the video, do you think you were persuasive? Why were you able to persuade the audience (language, tone, evidence?)
I think that I had good evidence and language. As I said, I have to improve in my tone of my speech. I think that if I had better tone with the good evidences and language that I had I was able to reach a higher level of achievement. But, overall I think that my speech was persuasive enough. I think that I should of included more evidence about the weak points of child labour.
Please include a link to at least two of the primary sources you used to get your evidence. What do you think was the advantage of using primary sources? (sources written at the time of the Industrial Revoltion).
1. http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/Twork.htm
2. http://eh.net/encyclopedia/article/tuttle.labor.child.britain
These were the 2 main link that I had used to make my speech persuasive. My 2nd link is not a primary source, but I was able to get a lot of information about the time then, because it had information from primary sources that the website used. I think the advantages of using primary sources were that, I was able to get thoughts and thinkings from the people that really lived during the industrial revolution.
In 2-3 sentences explain the argument for child labor in the Industrial Revolution.
Children are able to earn money. Also, children get education and food provided, which they can not without working in a factory.
In 2-3 sentences explain the argument against child labor in the Industrial Revolution
Children could get a high possibility of getting injured and losing there toes, and fingers. Also children have to work in bad conditions and work under harsh punishments.
Do you think England would have industrialized as quickly without child labor? Why or or why not?
I think the answer to this question would be no. I think like this because, without children working factory owners were not able to provide things at a low cost. If people were not able to buy things at a low cost the difference of rich and rural would just get wider and wider. And not only that, from more people getting rich, other businesses more active.

What happens when one country controls another?
When one country controls another, the first thing that happens is war or conflict. For example when Japan was going for the first colonization, it was Korea. In that age Korea was colonized by China. Also, Russia, was aiming for the Korea too. So it was 3 countries taking over Korea. First Japan had started the war between China. Russia, and other countries did not know how China was strong or not. As an another example, the British empire started trading Opium with China. For China they did not want to trade opium, but British gave the head of that port, a lot of money so they got opium. The Chinese had trouble with removing the opium. So they had a lot of conflict about the opium. Also this opium affected the countries military, and made it weaker.
What are the advantages and the disadvantages of being a empire?
The advantages of being an empire is that the empire could show more of their power to there world, get more bigger area of the country and get more people for military. If they are able to show their power to the world it would change the public finance of the country. It will give an impact that they are strong and they would be good or bad things about money depending on the result. Also if they win they would be able to get more people, and their knowledge so they could have a stronger military and let the people from that place fight so nobody from there country will die. The disadvantages of being an empire is that money costs a lot for fighting with other countries and for losing against with other countries.
What is the advantages and the disadvantages of being a colony?
The advantages are that you are protected by a country stronger than the country. So it is safer than before. The disadvantages are that there is a great possibility that you will get racism and have to work as a slave.
