Goals for next year,Grade 7!

1. Doing the projects and homework on time.

I guess for me finishing and completing my homework is pretty tough. I mean it’s not tough but we get a date for when we are allowed to finish. I just say that it’s due sometime later so I don’t need to finish it right now and this is a bad habit of mine. Then I look at my calendar and I realize that there is no more days left till the due date of this homework. This habit makes me rush on the day before. So, my goal is to accomplish my mission which is to finish the assigned homework or project before the due date and then I wouldn’t have to rush the day before. If I change my habit then probably I would get a way better grade since I will have more time to think about it.

2. Getting better grades for every subject.

Next year I would like to get a better grade than this year. To improve my grades I would like to study more on the day before. Also, I should review the things I learned on that day, then on the day before the test I can review the work smoothly.When I attend classes for every subject I would like to be a bit more attentive and be a good listener. This is because if I don’t listen and be attentive I wouldn’t be able to have every details of the work we are learning and I may miss a few important things of the thing we are learning.

3. Keeping my locker organised.

When I look at my locker, I always feel in a mad mood. This is because I keep it clean for a single day and then the next day I look into my locker and it is all messed up. When, I open my locker I get things mixed up for instance, I try to find my Spanish Stuff and I can’t find it for a very long time. This is also a problem because you waste your time looking around in your locker and this may make you late for going to that class. My opinion is that I really,really should keep my locker clean as long as possible. Also, in my locker I had A LOT of things inside that wasn’t really neccessarily for school work. So my goal for next year is to keep my locker very clean not just for a single day but, for about a week or so. I really think that this is a very important and needed improvement.

I chose these 3 works because I think I improved a lot from my first drawing.

I chose these works that are shown above. I think I have improved my portrait. This is because I used a lot of techniques and gradation on the second picture which made the drawing look more realistic. On the first drawing I didn’t use any techniques that would help make my drawing realistic and it made the drawing look like a cartoon. Also, I have used how to draw the facial features. At the beginning I didn’t know anything about making my drawing good as a real person. I really think that I improved this unit during art when I had to draw my self portrait.
