|I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses in cross country running and I aim to develop this area of learning. (D4/5)||8/8|
I trained a lot out of school. I did the cross country activity and I think that it was useful. My weakness was that I can’t run that fast and I always breath in from my mouth. It was really fun and I do like running. I performed so so and I want to improve. My goal for next year is to go under 10th. I was rushing so I couldn’t write a really good goal but I think I did my best during this unit and it was really fun. Over all in this unit I really improved and I want to do my best next year again.
