In the Japan Pro Baseball Draft Meeting, Tigers got Pitcher Hifumi in second place after Daiki Enokida（榎田大樹） from Osaka Gas who got first place. First, I will tell you who is Shinta Hifumi.

Hifumi was born in Sept. 29, 1992. When he was 2nd grade, he started playing baseball. In middle school, he played in a junior team as a pitcher. At Tokai-dai-Sagami highschool（東海大相模高校）, he became an ace of the school. In H. 3rd grade, he played with his teammates at Koushien（甲子園）and got quasi-victory (or became in second place).
