How is the Industrial Revolution similar to the Digital Revolution in the 21st Century?

Reflecting this unit about the Industrial Revolution, I learnt a lot of new facts about it. For instance, children had to work in factories because their family were poor, but they were working in harsh conditions and gained low wages, which I personally think it was really unfair. This Industrial Revolution is quite similar to the Digital Revolution in the 21st Century. One of the similarity is that it advanced the skills of industry and digital devices. Also, another similarity between those two revolutions are that these revolutions lead to us living easier than before; if there weren’t any Industrial Revolution, we weren’t able to harvest crops easily, etc. And if there weren’t any Digital Revolution, we wouldn’t have been able to search/check/send, and other techniques we usually do in digital devices easier than sending a letter, searching in a dictionally, and other things that old people did analogically.
