In PE right now, we are doing cross country. We have to set up our outcome and process goal.
This is my time:

My process goal is to be under 12mins 20secs. I know it is a challenging goal because my personal best is 12:24 but I want to make it challenging so I could work hard and try to reach that goal.
To go under 12mins, I need to run a little more faster than my usual speed. Just a little because I can not go really fast at the start because I’ll lose all my energy towards the end.
My outcome goal is to run without my iPod. On the real cross country day we are not allowed to run with our iPods so I will need to get used to that. Also to go under 12mins 20 secs I will run in a faster pace. For example get my breathing right. Breathing in through my nose and breathing out through my mouth.
Performance in this unit: I think I’ll give myself 7/8. I think I did a really good job in this unit. Comparing my first time and my last time, I think I really improved. I did try my best and I ran during the weekends because I wanted to reach my goal (to go under 12mins 20secs) and I’m happy because I reached my goal by 23 seconds!!!
My cross country tournament time (MS school activity) is:
1st tournament- 18:37.4 -Sep.10
3rd tournament- 16:30.8- Oct.8
4th tournament- 17:52.5- Oct.15
(I was away on the 2nd tournament)
