Es un pan, los huevos, y leche el menu a. Me gusta huevos y leche, pero no me gusta comer pan. Es muy nutritivas. Yo como el desayuno. Es los sandwich de hamon y queso, manzanas, yogur, y el jugo de naranja. Es muy nutritivas y rico. Es un hambrugesas, papas fritas, y el refrescos el menu c. Hambrugesas, refrescos,y papas fritas es rica, pero no nutritivas.Yo como el almuelzo. Es la pizza, sopa, y cafe. La pizza es no nutritivas. La sopa es nutritivas. Me gusta sopa, pero no me gusta cafe. Yo como el cena.
During this unit, I was practicing my music. I was doing the music called “Gavotte” by Bahh. I played this music long time ago, but I forgot the notes. So I started practicing. I also learned how to tune, I haven”t use my violin for like a year. So I tried to tune it with my parents.
I think I developed because I stopped rushing. Until then, I was doing in a rush. I thought it will be easy, that’s why. However, when I first tried it, I had a lot of mistake. So I decided to practice. I practiced for 30 minutes 2 or 3 tim in a week. I want to improve by doing vibrate. I don’t know how to do it. I want to be good with my instrument by playing it smoothly.
In this unit, we did cross country practices. We went to Negishi Park to run. We run around the park twice. My outcome goal was to run less than 12 minutes. Until my 3rd run, my time was around 12 minutes. I thought it will be okay, however I got 16.27. I was disappointed. From there, my goal was to run faster then 14 minutes. I got 13.46 the next run so I changed my outcome goal to run faster than 13 minutes. At Cross Country Day, my time was 12.38! I beat my outcome goal. My process goal was not to stop. At the first run I walked a lot of times. I tried to not stop, but I can’t. Maybe I should have asked my PE teacher, the teachers said that self motivation well help you not stop, so I tried it. I did stopped, but not much. I kept doing that in practice, and on Cross Country day I didn’t stop. I was really glad to break it because I thought it will be impossible.

What did I explore in this unit?
When I watched my play, I thought that I was doing it too fast and I didn’t have expression.
What did I learn?
I learned that we can communicate without learning.
That no sounds is allowed in mime and that expression is important.
How can I use this in a performance?
It can be useful in performance because without talking might enjoy the audience.

That mime is a one way of communication. It is used to show your expression.
