Same as last time I woke at 7:00. I ate eggs and some other things in breakfast. When we rode on the bus,the hotel staff waved us goodbye. After that group B went to clean the lake and group A went to do rock climbing. Unfortunently I was in group B so I went to clean the lake. There were cans and some other garbage around the lake. We walked for few hours. After walking for few hours We rode on the bus. We got or bento and head back to Yokohama. I enjoyed my 5 days in Hakuba. Seriously I did. I hope we can visit again. About 6 hours later we finally reached to YIS. My mom picked me up and went back home.

Same as yesterday, woke up at 7:00 For breakfast I ate french toast, apple, egg, and other things. After that we went and went to the bottom of the mountain by a bus. Then we went and started walking. I brought my camera and started taking pictures. It was a very hard pass to the top of the mountain. We walked and walked. I even slip. There were resting places. I brought my water bottle. I drank all of it because that time I was very thirsty. There were two big dogs called Sky and Teddy were together. Many students have walked with the dogs. Finally and I mean finally we reached to the top. I was really hungry. We had Indian curry and a cake for lunch. It was so good that I ate a lot. After we all were finished with our lunch we did our skit. About 2 ours later, we started walking down. I enjoyed hiking down. When we reached to the bottom, we rode on the van. Around 4:00 we arrived at the hotel. We had the similar dinner as yesterday. After that we did our skit every group presented the skit they were good, funny, wierd, but I liked it. After that we went to ourroom and relaxed. 10:00 we went to bed. That was the last night at Hakuba.

I woke up 7:00 in the morning. I ate breakfast as a egg, ham, bread,etc. at breakfast. It was delicious. Then we went to Matsukawa River by walking. We played games with the evergreen staff. It was pretty fun. We did barbecue next to the river. It was so good. I really like it. After eating lunch group B went to the place to do rock climbing. That time group A went to clean up the lake. The evergreen staff divided us into groups. Unfortunently I did the hardest one first. I only climbed one-fourth of the mountain. After climbing I tried on a easier mountain. I reached on the rock easily. Then we went back to the hotel by van. At night ate dinner around 7:00. It was beef, soup, etc. It was fantastic. After dinner we went to do hot air ballooning, That time it was my first time riding on the hot air balloon. When I rode on it I was a little nervous, but when it went up, I enjoyed it. I took pictures from the hot air balloon. It was my favorite day on the field studies.

The second day I woke up about 7:00. I ate cereal for breakfast. Then the teachers divided us into 2 groups A and B. Group A did Mountain Biking first and group B did canoeing first. I did canoeing first. I was canoeing with Ken and George. It was hard to me. The evergreen staff told facts about the lake. About 2 hours later I did mountain biking. That was the most favorite thing I did during field studies. Then we were ready to go to the hotel. It’s called Yamano Hotel. We went by a van. When we reached to the hotel we went to our rooms. My room had 2 floors. I liked it. For about 1 hour we just relaxed. Then we had dinner. I ate fried fish, soup, salad,and burger. After writing my diary, I went into the onsen. After going into the onsen, then few minutes later I went into sleep.

I woke up 5:45. I went to school by my mom’s car. I reached to school at 6:45. I sit next to Ken. I played with Ken’s ipod touch. I played games in the bus. About 6 hours finally we reached to Hakuba. I saw a big lake. It’s called Lake Aokiko. I met the Evergreen staff. We brought are bentos and ate our lunch. My group and I built are tent. The tent was big. We did treasure hunting, The evergreen staff divided us into six groups. We learned how to use the compass. We ate beans at dinner at 6:00. It was good. We did campfire. The flame was big. We listened to some funny stories and drank hot chocolate. I went to tent and slept at 9:00, but I didn’t sleep well because it was cold.

I can’t wait to go to Hakuba. I can imagine I will have a great time. I can’t wait to do mountain biking because  I never did it. I think I will have a great time canoeing, hot air ballooning, and climbing. I can imagine that I will have a good time camping and have a good time in hotel. I think I can’t wait until camping because it’s my first time camping. When I looked at the hotel on the computer the hotel looked nice. I hope I can wake up and be in time which is 6:45. That’s fast to me. I was a little disapointed because I get sick when I ride the bus. I know I will have a excellent time in Hakuba. To me Hakuba is quite near, but it takes 5 hours to Hakuba. I think I will love Hakuba and Field Studies.
