Thanks for this good analysis Hye-won. It’s short and succinct, but it reaches the required conclusion; I’ll try to have fewer tabs open in future if I’m running on battery. I like how your group used mAh instead of battery percentage because battery percentage will decrease at different rates in different computers (depending on battery care and usage) so this is a more accurate comparison.

This is more interesting than suntanning dodo bird! I wasn’t really happy about my tutorial as well. I hope I could do it again if possible You needed a lot of organizing in order to make tutorial. I agree with you that this project had helped us with organization!!

Fantastic work Hye-won! I agree with you about this unit fitting in with Community and Service. Designing tutorials that will help others learn, especially those in our school community, will be very helpful for other students and teachers (and maybe parents) here at YIS.

I’m really glad you were a risk taker during this unit! It’s important to feel confident enough to try new applications to see how they work. So many technology tools are easy enough to figure out as long as you know how to learn. Well done Hye-won!

Hye-won,
Very thorough report! You did an excellent job of explaining the goal of your design, what obstacles you needed to overcome and how the launching process worked (we used 25 psi for everyone to be fair!). Were you not able to get a video of your launch?
P.S. This might be a blog, but a scientist sticks to facts and lets others comment on their work. Keeping your work factual rather than so many opinions helps people believe you and you sound smarter!
