It is necessary to develop a criteria because it will tell you what to include inside the project.

Developing a criteria can be a good process although in my opinion, I personally think we spent too much time on it. Knowing the criteria is important although spending too much time and focusing on the criteria instead of focusing on the creating part.

I think 10 is a good number of criteria because sometimes the creative parts of the project can be limited by the criteria. In my opinion, criteria can be one of the limitations as well. Also, some creative parts of the project can be against the criteria.
