Drama Storytelling Reflection

In this drama unit we were asked to perform a story in front of grade four students. My group performed the story, “Rupenzel”.

How did I perform as the character etc? I think I did a good job performing because I projected my voice and always faced the audience. I also really acted like a witch by adjusting my voice and moving like a witch.
What were some difficulties? And solutions? Some difficulties were that we missed two periods because of a kabuki performance and some people had a hard time remembering lines, but in the end it turned out pretty good.
What were some of my achievements? In the beginning we were not very efficient with the way we worked so we were a little behind, but one class we worked very hard and eventually caught up. We were also able to make the audience get involved and interested in the story by asking them questions and adding humor.
What group was successful and why? I think that Rohan’s group was pretty successful because they were able to add a hint of humor and involve the audience. They did this by continuously asking the audience questions.
