Through out the cross country unit, I had some up and downs towards my time, but I did my best run at the actual day and I am proud of that.
My outcome goal this year was too run under 10:30, and proudly I achieved that goal. My process goal was to take advantage on the downhill and use longer strides. I also kept in mind that, I had to do some run during breaks so that I dont get worse.
There are various techniques to get faster that we discovered through out the practices. The most major one I use is the self talk process. Talking to my self mentally helps me visualise my goal. I consider this strategy as one of the most useful skill I use because I have beem using this for a long time. Other and additional ones are, better running shoes for better knee support, running the course smartly(running the inside), breathing skills and and swingging the arms not to the side but more foward base.
Her is my Chart that shows my process;
Here is my line Graph:
I think I will give my self a 7 since, I really tried to improve this year on my run, and I tried to cheer others.

Congratulations on getting the fastest time on cross country day. That must have been a wonderful way to finish the cross country unit for you! You were already a fast runner at the beginning and my guess is that it was not easy to get faster. Your goal was very realistic and an appropriate challenge for you. Nice job!
