Hi carrots <3

My name is Raveena and I’m 12 years old. I’ve been living here in Yokohama for 9 years. I go to Yokohama International School and have been here for about 8 years. I love all my friends and teachers here in YIS and they are like my family I love it here in YIS because everyone’s very kind and the best thing about this school is probably the teachers here in YIS because they are all very mindful and supportive. But the BEST BEST BEST part is that you can probably NEVER struggle making friends here in YIS <3

Stuff

I have 2 siblings, a sister in university and a little brother in 2nd grade. My sister is the most I can trust in my family and she’s very inspiring and I admire her a lot <3 She goes to a university in Durham, studies Psychology and is planning to become a teacher. 
I hate my little brother because he is SERIOUSLY annoying. He used to be a really kind innocent boy but now, he is just a enemy of mine.

My passion is dancing. I do Modern Dance, Jazz dance, Ballet, Hip Hop and also create dance myself. I also do Yoga, Pilates and Gymnastics to enhance my flexibility. And I do something called the ‘Publicly Humiliating Yourself’ thing by dancing right in the middle of a shop or on the sidewalk or basically everywhere I can. I’ve loved dancing ever since I was born (probably not). The first dance activity I ever joined was Jazz Dance in 2nd grade. Until then, I was just a normal kid who basically sat on the sofa eating all day. And in 3rd grade, I was back to a normal kid until 5th grade but I did still love dancing. In 5th grade, I had a very close friend Julia. She was the first friend who was willing to dance with me and we enjoyed it a lot. We basically started of with a very stupid song from a very stupid anime. We continued creating dances in 6th grade but I was also able to join the Jazz Dance club I joined in 2nd grade since the teacher came back!! <3
I seriously love dancing so much since it makes me feel awesome when I’m depressed or angry.
And the funny thing is, my name Raveena means a dancing girl. Coincidence? Maybe not

I also LOVE SINGING <3 But I sound like a dead rat when I sing (Just because I’m bad at singing, doesn’t mean I won’t sing) I sing with my bestie Elina all the time We sing during recess, we sing during classes (and get in trouble) and we sing everywhere!

I also LOVE LOVE LOVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH FASHION/MAKEUP. I love sketching up some outfit ideas when they pop into my head. I also love watching Bethany Mota’s videos on youtube. She is a beauty guru with 2 million subscribers and is amaze beans <3

I really LOVE LOVE LOVE writing too <3 Once, for a summative assessment in Japanese, we were assigned to write a short story about Friendship/Love in 3~5 pages. Without knowing that, I wrote a 50 page story and I got in trouble

Things I am good at:

I am very good at eating. I can literally eat all day. My favorite food would probably be avocados and carrots and cucumbers and peaches and strawberries and cherries

I am also very good at fangirling over One Direction. Louis Tomlinson is my husband and he is just FabuLOUIS (see what I did there )
I really hate it when people say I only like One Direction because of their looks. (yes, I buy their albums to listen to their faces)

My dream is to either become a professional dancer, a fashion designer or a makeup artist I would love to work with famous people around the world which would probably never happen.
