What did I enjoy?
In last year’s field studies, I enjoyed mountain biking, and luckily, that is available to do this year. I also want to do rock climbing, and get to the top of the wall, since I could not last year. I really do not want to get stuck under a ledge like last year.
last year, I did canoeing well, but that is not available this year. I also did well in mountain biking and hiking last year. I intend to do just as well, or better than last year.
Last year, the challenges were to stay warm, and to not go tumbling into the lake while canoeing. one of those challenges no longer is necessary, but I still need to keep warm. I also need to make sure I pack my bag so my books do not fall out. I also need to keep my stuff neat since there are more people per group this year.
I grew exhausted, if that counts for how did I grow. I grew less paranoid.I also grew slightly more trusting
this year, one of the things i shall do differently is not pack swimming trunks. I am also planning to not drink as much on the bus ride. two hours of crossing my legs screaming “I NEED TO GO TO THE TOILET” is not on my list of things to do.
Field studies is important part of our schooling because we make new friends with new people. I also think that it is important because we need to go out into nature, hear the birds and stuff. It is also a good chance for any students planning to be a world-famous photographer to practice taking photos with the pretty scenery.
