Cross country

For Cross country my goals are:

My goals are:

1. To run around Negishi park twice without stopping.

2.To do this I will run by myself and not care if others stop running. I will just keep going at my own pace.

My times are

1st: 17: 11

2nd: 16:43

3rd: 16:45

4th: 17:33

5th:16:29   personal best

6th: 16:24  personal best

7th: 17:11

Now for the real day…
