The following is a list of all entries from the P.E. category.
In P.E. we are meant to set fitness goods based on sports you play and things you do in life. I’d say I want to improve on is my fiscal strength because my main sport is baseball. Because the positions I play don’t involve that much running because I play Pitcher and catcher the most. Another thing I want to work on is being quick because in base ball its not about running for long distances but its running from base to base and being quick.
In P.E. we did a activity called the copper test. It was to test are cardiovascular indurence test it was how fare you can run for 12 min.
Im 12 so I’m one year under the 13-14 so I’m using that test. I ran 21 laps around a 100-200 meter circle. witch means i got around 4200 to 2400 witch means rather way I’m average at least.
I think it was very hard for the last 5 min especially the last two but the first couple of min were pretty easy. and i think i did ok for a boy my age I’m not the best but I’m a adobe average.
for P.E. class we are working on being healthy and what it means to be healthy?
I think being healthy means eating the right food staying active and to not always be stressful. Also i think it means keeping a schedule so you can stay active and healthy every day. One more thing is that you need a good diet because you can’t just eat chips everyday.
bBeing healthy is a state of complete mental physical and social well being.
Physical well beings is that ur heart lungs and other body systems are working.
Mental mean you can cope with strees you don’t get stressed as easily. you can control your emotions .
Social well being means you have basic human needs food water and shelter.Having friends and support. Do you feel valued school joe team and family
What does it mean to be fit?
Being physically athletic and eating healthy having a balanced mind.
The ability to meet the demands of the environment.

In P.E. class we had a gymnastics unit. For the first 6 weeks we were practicing all of the moves to incorporate it in to the performance. After all that we were asked to split in to groups of four. I went with my friend Sena Connor and Peter.This is what we came up with
The skills my grouped used were cart wheels, forward roles, backroud roles. Then when we did the vault we did handspring, a forward roll off the vault, and turns. Also we had group balances and we had 2 group balances, one were there was a table formed from somebody’s body and some one stands on it. And the other one is where one person lays on the back of another person.
We thought a lot about traditions so are movement would flow. We kind of spent some time thinking of what was the best transition and stuff like that. Even our teacher pointed out this one thing that didn’t look well. She said that if your in a pencil role and then do a forwards role it won’t look good because u wold have to get up.
I think The most challenging part of the entire sequence for me was the hand spring off the vault. In the end i did become better at it but in the beginning when every one first started practicing I couldn’t even do one but now i can i did it ok for the performance. The only reason I over came the challenge is like how you over come anything, practice.
The thing I most enjoyed was the hand spring and the forward roles. The hand spring because it was the most challenging and the forward roles because as simple as the are you can do some pretty fun things with them such as getting more hight or more length.
I think are practice sessions were very very productive for we planed out 2 minutes of work with all the requirements. We started with one plan that wasn’t so good and added something about every sessions to make it better. Also every class we had we would go throughout the performance every class to improve our work.
I think there is one place that I really want to improve on and that the group balance. I can also think of one more thing and thats doing less idevidual things and add more group thing.Im glad that are last P.E. unit is a relaxing one and I think its more of thinking then of physical capability.

I think I would give myself an over all score of 7 out of 8 because I set my goal and I achieved the goal. Also I think I improved a lot in Cross Country.
