Investigate, We wrote about the key features of these three videos we watched. My part in investigate had a ok amount of information. I think that I should of spent a little more time on investigate because I could of done better. If I was able to do it again I would study investigate more so I can get ideas for planning and creating my digital story. Investigate is very important because it helps you to know how to start something.

Planning, we brain stormed our ideas so we can create our digital story. I think my planning is good because it showed what I have to do. I thought maybe I showed show some more detail but so far It’s ok. If I would do this a second time I would spend more time on planning. Planning is important because without planning you can’t plan out your ideas.

Create, We made our digital story. I think I did well because my slide animation had a story instead of a non meaning story. I also used creative comments and sourced all my things. I used this website for free legal sound effects and a few pictures for my slide in creative comments. I used my timeline thing. So I didn’t have to rush or anything. If I did this again I would use applications like pages and etc. I said Pages was a thing I was going to use when I didn’t even touch it. If I did this again I would use pages for instant alpha etc, and I will also make a better story and a more logical story.

I learned a lot during this unit. It wasn’t the easiest unit but It isn’t the hardest. There was a lot going on for create because I had to site things for my digital story and draw pictures for my story. I had some techniques that I learned to make my story board better but I didn’t use them all. If I did this again I will use more techniques that help me make my digital story better. I would also use a bunch of applications Instead of just two.

Hello My name Is Francisco and this is my create brainstorm reflection. This reflection is a reflection of a project I did at my school, On How to make a good tutorial.

We been doing learning how to make a good tutorial and I feel like I did good with my tutorial. My tutorial is “How to make a video using QuickTimePlayer and upload it to youtube”. I think that the topic wasn’t to hard because I am now use to making tutorials because I have a youtube account, But we didn’t learn just how to make a good tutorial. We learned how to make a video with good quality and take time and do a good job.

We are doing this tutorial because the 7th graders did the same topic and 6 grade decided to the same as 7th graders did last year. So we made our own tutorials and we were able to decided what our topic of the tutorial could be. We watched the 7th graders tutorials to see what we need to do so we can have a idea of what kind of work we need to get our hands on. The work we needed to do is make a tutorial of any topic.

We did this a few weeks ago and we most of us are happy about our tutorial. We did this by using “QuickTimePlayer ” and making a video using the record options and editing it after. We got some help from our teacher like we asked questions and when is the due date of the tutorial. Most of us used something called “QuickTimePlayer” Which every computer should have.

I learned that iMovie can help you make awesome tutorials and videos. I am starting to use iMovie and sometimes ScreenFlow editing tools. I learned how to do some things in iMovie like how to cut music and take bits of songs and put it in videos, I learned upload a video to iMovie. I learned a lot of things during this project and I think the project was very useful for the future. Something I learned that was obvious is how to make a good tutorial because there can be a lot of bad tutorials out there that get no views.

I am very happy with my tutorial because I took time to make it, I am happy the editing and with the quality. I think the viewers would understand how easy It is to upload a video to youtube using a QuickTImePlayer recording. One of the things I don’t like is the humor I tried to put on kind of failed. But I think the tutorial was ok as long as It made sense…. Which It did.

How I learned how to use QuickTimePlayer Is I explored my apps In my school computer and I found something called “QuickTimePlayer ” so I tried using It and found out it was used to make screen recordings which made me proud I found something that could help me In the future. iMovie was something that I was never good at until this project which made me explore iMovie and today I know how to fast forward and a clip and even cut music. So that means I know the basic tools.

Looking back at my draft I was amazed how my tutorial changed and became much more better. I realized that I didn’t split clips which means I went for one go and If anything had distraction that would be in the video unless I edit it. I also learned that I was talking my way to how to do it. So that makes editing bits out and making the tutorial harder. But In my final I used extra editing like fast forwarding and things like splitting clips or at least pausing the video so you can be like I need to say this and things.

I found this project really fun do I got a normal mark for it, I hope I can have a project that has to do with tutorials again or soon next year because tutorials are useful for viewers and it can help people In topics or even everyday life.

From watching Toshi’s tutorial I learned how to embed a tutorial to a blog which I will try to do later on when I post videos on blogs. I think that It is similar to sharing a video In a blog post but Instead you need to have It in your desktop. From watchingchristopher’s tutorial I learned how to add widgets to your blog and get more views. I think that the widget tutorial was useful because It helps you add things to your blog. And last, Daiki’s tutorial made me learn that I could be creative and use pet bottles and other junk Items instead of a net.

My plan demonstration is demonstrates well because I put allot of detail and I took time. Also the plan has a detail and steps and due date. And also I put the correct information for my plan. The good thing is I put the information I want and the plan is readable because It was meant to be readable and It says step of step what should I do.

What I think about my plan is that It was done well and It can be used as a plan to help me do my tutorial. I think that the plan will help me remember the steps I need to say and the lines for the tutorial I need to say. What I think I could Improve about my plan is that I should put better detail that relate to the right steps or the right points so my tutorial video can be good.

The viewer will learn a new skill because I put detail so the viewer can view and Its not to messy and you can understand it. And also Its made for the viewer. If I was the viewer I would understand because the topic is not that hard. But maybe the viewer might not learn some thing that I didn’t mention about my tutorial.

I learned to create my tutorial I need the skills to edit and film and the skills to plan and do working out which I have and also a important thing you need is timing.I also Learned that you need a clear voice, nice pace and other things like don’t rush, don’t mumble, don’t get off topic, don’t be shy to talk and have fun.

My conclusion is that my tutorial plan is understandable and also my Tutorial Storyboard is understandable for me too. What I think I could Improve is my timing of when I do something.

I want this resolution because It’s a good goal  and It will help me wake up faster and go to school faster.

I could complete  this resolution by doing important things first and leaving the fun things after …..

And then sleep r:

And also by sleeping in 8:00 I will be able to have more power and last longer because 6 hours of school to me is quite allot.

I also think that it can be a helpful thing in the future so you can have more energy and be energetic and be able to complete

tests and tasks. A fact I know that makes this goal a good goal is that the brain when you sleep scans your memory and saves it when your sleeping …. something like this.

The reason I choose this video is because Its a good video and it shows you how to make your internet faster and also It is useful to people with slow computers.

I am happy about my finished work because it has information that fits my topics and it looks like I spend some time on it. I also happy that my blog is how I want because If I had something I don’t like then I will need to change it and It will waste of time. Also I like my work because it makes enough sense and it is usually a bit longer then short.

My strength is I usually turn in my work in time. And my second strength was that I can change the systems with out as much problems. My weakness was (in the beginning of the year) to stay in task and do my work (but know it’s no problem) and finish in time. My other weakness was to use the design cycle because I didn’t use it at all.

I could use these skills for blogging (if I ever do which I want to.) by writing down notes again and not forget how to grow a blog. I could also use these skills by teaching others about these skills. I guess the worst way to use these skills is by remembering it because you will probably forget in 5 years with no blogging at all!

Conclusion

I think blogging is good because you put in what you think and it is usually something fun to do. I really want to know how to put a video and help my friend chris get a blogroll.

I am really happy with my theme because it lets me put a header Image and also I am proud about my about me page because It has a lot of information about me. I think I need to learn more settings and ways to make my blog grow more faster and also learn how to post video’s because I I never really posted video’s but I like vlog’s. I think blogging is really fun because It’s like a diary of memory’s you collected and putted in this blog.

My conclusion is that blogging is a thing that keeps information in it and lets you add more and also more of what you are thinking. I also think that blogging is like vlogging because they both let you share your thinking.

My goal is to have 100 blog posts by the end of the year. My other goal is to some how get comments from students. And I also want to write what I did these days or something like that.

In tech I learned how to put pictures In my blog and delete posts. The easiest thing I learned was the post options for example how to add a post , how to edit a post and how to delete a post. One of the hardest thing I learned was the details in the setting bar and the tools bar. We also learned how to change our blog themes. I choose my theme because It had a wave that was connected to homework which I needed to do (make a blog design.)

I think I need to now how to make my blog theme because there are very few blog themes with blue available.I can learn these skills by asking my teacher or a classmate.   I can also learn by asking a friend.I also learned how to make a document PDF and import it to google docs.

I choose my blog theme because it is blue and it’s one of my favorite color. It meets my needs because blue is for water and I need water in order to survive.

The things I would like to learn is how to get a picture and upload it in my theme and make it duplicate when scrolled down.  I learn  to plan my skills before I continue develop my blog. The way I do it is asking questions and learning things in class.
