		<description>Nicely done Connor! I always appreciate how thoughtful you are with your work, and how willing you are to improve your assignments based on feedback. I know it can be tough to explain &quot;why&quot; when you&#039;re reflecting or doing research, but it really helps your readers (including me) understand what you&#039;re thinking at that moment. It&#039;s actually the explanation of why you make each statement that is most important - because sometimes the reasons may make your statements clearer or more accurate.</description>
