Teachers Of The Future: Investigate Reflection
by Jem on Jan.31, 2012, under Tech
For this project we learned about tutorials. We made a blog post about our favourite tutorial. We also made our own tutorial. One of our homeworks was to comment on 2 or more peoples blog post about their favourite tutorial.
I liked Yudai’s(6B) and Taro’s(6C) blog post because their favourite blog post was very specific. Yudai’s blog post was about how to do a bicycle kick which a kind of soccer shoot. Taro’s blog post was a skateboard trick called shove it. On Yudai’s blog post I learned that I can do bicycle kicks easy. On Taro’s blog post it will help me to shove it on ramps.
This is my tutorial research.
I learned so far that I can make a great tutorial by speaking clearly. It will be much better if you just make the tutorial simple because if you make the tutorial too detailed it will be hard for the audience to understand.
My favourite tutorial helped me because it was making me stronger on my skills on the game I am playing. It can also help me because I can tell othere people that need help on how to shoot long range shots. After making our blog posts we made our own tutorials. My tutorials was about how to use candybar. There was a difference between my favourite tutorial and the one I made. The difference was that the one I watched had voice and it was a video but the one I made was written and it was not a video. I need to learn to get to the point as soon as possible.
If you don’t know what candybar is please read my tutorial below.

I’m glad you learned how important it is to speak clearly on your tutorial. What else did you learn by watching so many examples? Are there any other important things you have to be careful to do as you create your tutorial?
