Final Cross Country Post

This is a link to my cross country chart with the dates of when the runs were, where they were, my time, and what I was feeling after the run.

The link to my Cross Country Chart

Real Cross Country time was 14:31!!!

My outcome goal was To beat 15 min and my process goal was to keep my foot falls in a beat and breath in a rhythmic pattern.

The reason I choose these goals was because I thought sense my fist time was 16 min. 28 sec. I thought 15 min. would be good because it was not too much of a difference.

A strategy I used in cross country to make me go faster I think was breathing in a pattern and only focusing  on that so that I was “in the zone” and I could run faster.

I think my score would be : 6 out of 8 because  I was semi enthusiastic about the cross country and because I don’t like running that much.
