During this unit we learned how to make tutorials. We first started with the planning we chose if we could do the planning on the paper or we could do it in google docs. I picked paper. We had to write the six steps of how to do something step by step. I chose how to light a bunsen burner. Then we had to fill in the little boxes at the bottom of the page. We got to choose if we were going to put music in the tutorial or not in the tutorial. But we couldn’t choose from itunes or youtube because it would be copyright. So we could only pick from garageband. Then we wrote/typed how fast the scene is and how fast or how slow the scene is going to end.

How my plan demonstrates a tutorial design is that I do things step by step and why it is step by step is because It shows what i’m doing. And my tutorial is understandable because I explained everything carefully and I even labeled the things when I drew the steps. My tutorial is not too loud or not to slow.

What I did well on this storyboard was that I explained the steps very carefully. What skill the viewers would learn is that  don’t do everything so fast. I did well is that I drew the storyboard very very carefully so they can see what I am doing in all the steps. And I gave good details for all of the drawing I drew for the storyboard.

The things I need to learn more about is that I need to focus more on some certain steps of my transition. And I should of gave more clear and better steps. So they can understand more about my storyboard . My storyboard should had more better details of my script because I think the part I wrote was a little bit short.

What I should do next is that I should add more details to it like for and example script. What I will do next time too is that I will  write good details in my drawing so people who look at my tutorial ca easily understand what to do next and what things they need and how to do all the steps by them selves just by looking at my storyboard.

During investigate reflection we did the tutorial research. We had to look at three to five videos and type what was good abut the tutorial and what was bad about the tutorial. Then type  why it wasn’t helpful. And why it wasn’t helpful. Then after that we had to see the two other tutorials not from your class. Then we had to comment what was good and what was bad.

In this unit we learned what was bad and what was good about there tutorial. What I learned from this tutorial is how to make your computer faster and I learned all the things step by step. I like the way the guy was talking it demonstrating it at the same time. It was easy to understand.I learned how survive a night in minecraft. I learned how to make a sword,pickax, and a crafting table.The blogs I visited were Franky’s blog and Justin’s blog.

What I learned during this investigate is I learned how I should make a tutorial. And how to make a slide show for the tutorial. I can use what I learned by making better tutorials then before like making a better slide show that has more imformation or when I make a video for tutorial in the future I can speak in a friendly voice like what they did in the tutorial. Also we did the blog criteria with the class on google docs.

Why you need a tutorial is because you need to know how to make or do something step by step.  I think I did a good job on my tutorial research because I think I wrote a lot of information and I included what was good and what was bad. I put the link in a diffrent way so they can understand what the tutorial is about.

My conclusion is that it is good to make or see tutorials so people would know how to do something step by step.
