In drama we did a skit. The groups were me Daiki and Sean. When we did the skit our teacher videoed it. Our skit was about pick pocketing.I think we needed more patterns. Our teacher said that too. Our music was peter gun.
Our teacher said we needed more movement in our skit. We got for feedbacks.
In drama today we watched a video called Singing in the rain. The guy in this video is called Gene Kelly. I think he used a lot of props in this video for an example Water,tapping shoes,umbrella, and his hat. I like think he was dancing on the sidewalk. He made rhythm with his tapping shoes on the sidewalk. He also was spinning his umbrella. He hand on to the pole and he made rhythm with water by kicking the water.
How he used rhythm is that he was using a umberlla by spinnning it and throwing it in the air. One of the most thing that he used rhythm on was his shoes he made the rhythm by tapping his shoe on the ground. He is very creative. I think his shoes were tapping shoes. He hang on to poles and he used his umbrella also as a cane. It was funny at the very end when the guy ran away from the police and gave is umrella to a randon person on the side walk. I think he is very good at using his props because he uses it in a good way for an example he uses the umbrella in three diffrent ways. One is as a normal ubrella and then he spins it and the very last he uses it as a cane,
He did good on using the props and I think he really is good with using the prop at the right time because when he makes a rhythm he uses a prop.
He did good did not get the part where he gave his umbrella to a random person on the sidewalk even though it was raining and he had to put it on.
I think he wanted to get wet in this video because he folded his umbrella in the rain. And he started singing. And also I think he wanted his voice to go around the buildings when he went on the pole.
What I think I did well comparing to the first one I did was I talked clearly. I did Ian for my second speech. He said he liked soccer and pizza and pie. He said he liked to play minecraft. I forgot the conclusion for my speech this time. I think I have got a five again for this because I left out the conclusion. My goal is to make my voice louder. And also I should make my speech longer.The good things I did was that this was the best speech I did so far in drama.
We did a speech today. My speech was about soccer.The reason why I picked soccer was because when I was three my father taught me how to play soccer. I was not good at the beginning but I practiced and practiced and I got better. I learned positions. My position is MF. Why my position is MF is because I am good at keeping the ball away from someone and passing the ball to someone. I think I got a five. My reflection is to talk more and talk louder. My goal is to make my speech longer.
Our class did a Theatre Sports event.First we voted what we want. There were statues,story story die, twisted double figures,slow motion commentary, and space jump. The games we played were spacejump,statues, and story story die. There were grades out of five Here is a video. My weakness is while I’m acting I look at the audience. My strength is joining seen.
