PE health fitness wellness Assessment P.E

During this unit we did test s and circuit trainings. The test we did was to measure our cardio vascular endurance this is to see how long you can run. One was running Yamashita park and around the museum. The next test was the cooper test .The cooper test was to go around this lap and measuring how many laps we could do. I did 15v laps and my partner did 16.5 laps. Then for the circuit training we did weight lifting jump roping pushups and etc.

 

What is health? Heath is a social physical well being. What is cardio vascular endurance. How long you can run and exercise. Flexibility, body composition first flexibility means how wide you can move your joints. And second body composition is when you measure how strong your bone is and how what the percentage is for how fat you are. What is muscular strength? Its when a living thing exercises with objects for an example weight lifting. How can and why should you test your fitness? You should test your strength because so then you know what level you are. What types of fitness test have you used?  You use weight lifting push ups and etc.How did you do these tests?I tested these by doing burpees push ups and sit-ups and we measure how long I can stretch my hand. How can we compare our results with other people? We can compare this by seeing what you have improve before and after.

 

My goals

Be able to run more longer that 2 km.

Being able to use more heavier things for excrercise.

Be able to do more push ups.

My conclusion is I improved a lot in this unit

PE Second Reflection

I learned how to do a cartwheel. It took a little bit of time to her able to do it because I was a little scared at the beginning. And also I learned how to do a backwards roll.

We weren’t being able to flow together because of me. I had a hard time on doing the last part because I kept on dropping off Tobi’s back. And some parts I forgot to do.

I found the balance and the jumping thing challenging because the balance  is so hard to balance and the jumping it was complicated because I had to jump from the side.

I overcame the jumping part because I practiced lots of times. But I did not overcome the balance because when we were doing the real one I dropped off Tobi’s back again.

This unit was enjoyable because we  hard new things like balances and cartwheels that were quite complicated to do. I like to do hard and challenging things.

My practice was productive because we practiced  lots of times and we did the skit over and over again. and we even changed some parts and did it over and over again.

Next time I want to be able to improve on my balance more and work harder next time so I do not get hurt and I do not fail again at the very en when we did the balance.

CrossCountry Reflection

We practiced cross-country 8 times. I beat my out come goal on the real cross-country day. Which was to beat 17:00 minutes.My reflection is that i shouldn’t not walk a don’t  jog the whole time. here is a linegraph and a score board.
