During this unit we studied about hearts. Then we dissected a pig heart. In this we had to find the parts of the heart that are on a sheet that are teacher gave us. The the picture embedded is some of the parts we found during this experiment.
During this unit we did test s and circuit trainings. The test we did was to measure our cardio vascular endurance this is to see how long you can run. One was running Yamashita park and around the museum. The next test was the cooper test .The cooper test was to go around this lap and measuring how many laps we could do. I did 15v laps and my partner did 16.5 laps. Then for the circuit training we did weight lifting jump roping pushups and etc.
What is health? Heath is a social physical well being. What is cardio vascular endurance. How long you can run and exercise. Flexibility, body composition first flexibility means how wide you can move your joints. And second body composition is when you measure how strong your bone is and how what the percentage is for how fat you are. What is muscular strength? Its when a living thing exercises with objects for an example weight lifting. How can and why should you test your fitness? You should test your strength because so then you know what level you are. What types of fitness test have you used? You use weight lifting push ups and etc.How did you do these tests?I tested these by doing burpees push ups and sit-ups and we measure how long I can stretch my hand. How can we compare our results with other people? We can compare this by seeing what you have improve before and after.
My goals
Be able to run more longer that 2 km.
Being able to use more heavier things for excrercise.
Be able to do more push ups.
My conclusion is I improved a lot in this unit
In science we measured the cardio vascular endurance this is about how long we took to revive our selves and how much of your heart pumped mine took more than 3 minutes to revive my self

Today we did a cooper test. How this was done is we had too run lots of laps.I ran 15 laps. Each lap is about 200m about. Our teacher does not know for sure.
We did a thing were we had to make an original coat of arms. In this coat of arms we had to meet five things. This is the coat of arms I made. I hope you like it.
We went to a museum for a field trip we had to write and draw some things in the museum. I wrote four items down. I expected to see lots of other things than japanese things but there was only japanese art and things at the museum. We had to find and item that is japanese and it was connected to another country.
The item I picked is a armor. It is called armor of Guosuku It was wore by Azuchi Momoyama. In japanese it is called a kabuto. The armor has a head bowl at the top.
I think this item is interesting because it looks light but is is very heavy. I don’t know why the people in the past which is Azuchi Momoyama can war this armor very easily think the people in the past were stronger than the people now.
I was not able to make connection with the silk road.
During next class and and last class we made a video about the reflection about the things about the tutorial. And I said what I did wrong what I did good on the tutorial and etc.

In drama we did a skit. The groups were me Daiki and Sean. When we did the skit our teacher videoed it. Our skit was about pick pocketing.I think we needed more patterns. Our teacher said that too. Our music was peter gun.
Our teacher said we needed more movement in our skit. We got for feedbacks.
