This week, we had another cross country practice which was exactly same as the one before. Last week, I did said that the cross country practice was actually fun but it wasn’t fun for this week. These are what happened. I had aches all over my leg , I became slower and It became impossible to reach my goal.

In the end,I decided to change my goal to a newer one.

Goal: To be able to run all the way without walking.

(I am not sure if I can do it or not.)
