This is my group’s finished work please enjoy watching
In our performance we had these skills:
-Two different kinds of balances
-Different kinds of jumping on the Valt
I think that our movements that we made worked well because when I looked at the video we did not really need to stand up then turn around or then sit down, we did it pretty fast and smooth.
For me, in our performance the most challenging part was criss-crossing with Cartwheels because it always made me scared that I will bump into the other person. But at the end I found out that it worked out fine, before the performance my friends were telling me to think there is no one there only me so I could feel more comfortable.
I really liked the valt because when you jump on and jump down or roll on it, it feels like you are flying. Before I was scared to do the valt but soon I found out it is really fun and enjoyable.
I think that the PE lessons really helped me improve my gymnastics skills, now I can either do stuff better or I learned to do new stuff in gymnastics. At the start of our gymnastics session we came up with ideas and made it into a small performance but it wasn’t quite good, but as we moved on or had more lessons we had more knowledge in gymnastics and we made this performance. It might have been more better if we had maybe one more class to practice and before the performance we got too tired so we did not have so much power in our arms and legs anymore. Overall I really enjoyed this session it was really fun.

Date:nov/10 Time: 12:49 Comments: Today was the real cross country day I was really proud of myself I got 9th and of my time, But my thigh hurt for two days.
I really enjoyed running two laps of Negishi it was much more fun than one lap, I can’t wait until next year but this is painful sometimes.
My goals during I was practicing:
1. Most of my goals to me a minute or two faster than my before’s time.
2. When there were only a few practices left I started to run with some other faster people.
3. I made goals such as in two laps I can only stop two times for 5 or 10 seconds.
The things I did well on:
Well the first day of practice I did not try my best and I have not ran long distance in a long time so I was not used to it. But after a few practices I tried my best and my time improved so much such as 17:35 to 13:30 I was so glad that my time improved a lot. Lots of people say I am always fast on the real cross country but not practices because I don’t do my real best on the practices, on the real one just like every year I was faster than the people who were ahead of me in the practices, my time on the real one was wow to me when I first saw it 12:49. This year I got third in the girls and with my whole grade I was 9th, but really sad this year they only give to the first place people.
This post is a bit to late but I will still tell you. Cross country was pretty good it was fun to watch and cheer other people run and it was fun running my self I hope you all improved and done a great job. The school that came to join in our cross country was all very fast one of them even ran two laps in 9 min that is like so awesome. Well this year I am really amazed about my own time it was 12min and 49sec that is my best time for two laps, I got 9th place in boys and girls and in girls I was third as always.
