About Me, Marina
Hello readers of “Marina Myself”!!! My name is Marina and I write this blog!! I am a middle school student in Yokohama International School.
My favorite vegetable is carrot, my favorite fruit is blueberry, and my favorite sweet is ice-cream but I eat most vegetables and fruits but I like these 3 foods the best.
The thing I like is Japanese Comics, which is why I chose my blog template with the boxes like Japanese Comics but I also like to draw and create stuff. My favorite Japanese comics are 2 stories: Momo and Hiyokoi.
Momo is about a small girl who is a Large Devil that has come to destroy earth, but if the representative makes Momo happy 7 times, she would not destroy the planet, and that representative is another girl named Yume and she thinks she’s the most unluckiest person in the whole world.
Hiyokoi is about a girl named Hiyori who is only 142 cm tall even though she’s in High school and she has a crush on a very tall classmate (192 cm) who is too big for a High schooler named Yushin and everyone likes him. His character is the opposite of her and she wants to be like him.
I enjoy doing all of these things but I like Japanese comics the best!! (I also LOVE to write manga: I drew manga in one of my technology projects -> check the category Technology
I also like to do origami because it’s fun to learn how to fold many things and use them as something you can put stuff in like a basket, a box, a drawer and there are many things to make from origami.
I also enjoy drawing and I also take a drawing lesson outside of school. I also want to get good at drawing and draw pictures of the view outside, and show it to my family.
I also like to listen to Arashi. Arashi is Japan’s most popular male idol group. They can dance, sing and act very well!! The members are Satoshi Ohno, Sho Sakurai, Masaki Aiba, Kazunari Ninomiya and Jun Matsumoto. My most favorite member is Sho Sakurai. My favorite songs are Wild at Heart (the latest one), ARASHI, One Love, Love so Sweet, Believe, Monster, Troublemaker…..ALL their songs!!!
