Last week, we started watching tutorials in Tech class. And for homework, we were supposed to watch at least 3 tutorials and find out what was good or bad. I watched five of them, and out of the five, I liked “How to draw manga eyes” the video above. I liked it the most because it really is one of my hobbies, and I wish to get better at drawing manga eyes by watching tutorial videos online. I really like this, because the drawing is good, and it seems easier then it looks like it is. I wish to get better at drawing, and I hope the tutorial I am ging to do will be good as the ones I looked at!

I think this tutorial is really good because we can learn how to draw one of the types of manga eyes and this tutorial said about not drawing a completely round circle because some eyes look very round and don’t have pupils. I liked how this tutorial had mentioned “tone” because it pointed out that half of the eye is dark and the other half is lighter. Maybe this tutorial should have included what kind of final effects a little bit more clearly because it was hard to understand where the final effects were put in the eye.
I think from the video we can learn how to draw a manga eye line by line really specifically because the person who took this tutorial video, when he was drawing the manga eye, he told us some tips about drawing the eye; the good things you can do and the place where you should be careful of.
Like I said, this video makes it a good tutorial because he tells specific points of how to draw a manga eye clearly. Also, I liked how he used a thick black color pencil to draw the eye because it stands out.
I think this tutorial was a very good video if want to learn only how to draw an manga eye, but I think it was better if he also tout how to draw a manga character as well.

OMG I did this tutorial . You can learn how to draw a very good manga eye from this tutorial. I also thought this tutorial was really good because he explained the steps in a lot of detail.I thought he could of improved by talking with more expression. But overall I think this is a very good tutorial!!!!!

This tutorial is awesome! I love it!
This tutorial teaches you really well how to draw a manga eye as it says on the header.The good thing about this tutorial was about how the creator explained the steps one by one clear and simple definition. The disadvantage about this tutorial is that the creator didn’t show what kind of pencil to use when you draw a manga eye.
In conclusion, I think this tutorial is very useful especially for beginners. If I need to learn how to draw a manga eye,I would definitely look at this one!
