G.6 English Exam Reflection

During the second semester of the school year, we had two exams. One is English and another one is math.
What can I target between now and grade 7?
My target is having correct grammar in the writing because I had to correct some word to past tense. Instead of rose, I wrote rised. I also need more vocabularies and understand how the story/article is written.
How will I do it?
I have to read more books or newspapers.
