My goals earlier in the year were:

1. Math
2.  P.E

How I am progressing with goal 1.

My math is slowly getting better but I haven’t been getting the best scores. I still need to work on my math a bit. I really hope to do better in my math.

How I am progressing with goal 2.

P.E is also getting a bit better but still needs some work. Luckily in P.E we are doing stuff that I could do well (I think).

One extra-curricular activity that I have completed this year that I am proud of is……

Cross country. I really tried hard in doing cross country.

One thing that I have found difficult moving from Elementary to Middle School is…..

Teachers expect more from you and they also expect you to expect yourself to do more.

 

I was proud of my art work because art is one of my strong points and I think I did well in making a self portrait. While doing this in art I learned how to shade and how to make some parts of the face more realistic. I also had a lot of fun doing it.

In humanities we are making our own civilization that we have discovered. My civilization is called Sun Shores. We had to write about the art, beliefs, class system and many more. Doing this is really fun and I think its really interesting.

I am also proud of my humanities early humans project. I also had fun doing that and I think I did really well on it. Before we wrote this we watched some films about early humans and that helped a lot.

 

I’m proud of my technology work I have been doing such as my evaluate reflection . For this I got high marks and I feel I worker really hard on making it a good reflection. When I made this I took many takes to get the right one. Each paragraph I filmed separately so that I don’t have to rush through the whole thing and when making mistakes have to start all over again. I thought this reflection turned out really well and I am very proud of it.

I’m am proud of the detail and length of my National Museum Reflection. I thought my paragraphs were clear, easy and simple to understand. I didn’t make it too simple because I also need to write some of the history and when explaining history it is hard to make is simple.

I am also proud of my drama dance reflection because I think I included a lot of detail on what we have been doing and how I thought I did. I thought I could have added a bit more to it but other than that I think my reflection was good, clear and detailed.

I am proud if my Ueno zoo science field trip. I think I talked a lot about my animal and I had some good information about the environment. I think it was easy to understand and I talked like I was an expert.

I am really proud of my art print I made. In art we made a pattern and carved it into softoleum. We then but different colored ink onto the print and put it onto colored paper. We did this so we could see what colors match to make your print strong and stand out. I think my print was a very old type of style which I liked. It had a lot of lines and was complex so I thought that was very interesting.
