On Friday, we had an oral Spanish assessment. We gave a presentation about the fashion and stores of a Spanish-speaking country as if we were talking to a group of Spanish students who are about to go on a field studies trip to there. I chose to talk about Spain.
I think I used a good range of vocabulary and expressions and put helpful information for the students who are about to go on a trip to Spain. However, I got confused at the end and forgot to add some things. I didn’t speak very fluently as well. Another thing I could improve was my grammar. I missed out some words such as prepositions in phrases which did not make sense sometimes.
Next time, I would like to add more vocabulary and expressions, and use correct grammar. To do this, I will frequently review my notes that I took during class to remember them and use them correctly. I will also practice more so that I can speak fluently without missing some important phrases or words. I exceeded 4 minutes even though the presentation was supposed to be around 3~4 minutes, so this will also help me avoid exceeding the maximum length too.
