My January GOAL SETTING!!!

Looking Back

Goal 1:  Doing a hand sprint

This goal is important to me because… This is my passion. Also If I couldn’t do it before i get to another a high class everybody can do it. The benefits of achieving this goal are… If i can do a hand sprint  then I would be able to go on a competition against other strong  teams. I would like to achieve this goal by… I would like to achieve this goal by going to cheerleading every friday and do tumbling for 1 hour and half. or I will practice backflip at my house.  I want to do this by June! The steps I will take to achieve this goal are….. remembering the steps. 

Goal 2 

My Goal is to try to do a spike for a serve ( Volleyball team) This goal is important to me because… It’s not that important but when I  get older if I want to be on a team, I have to do a spike for serving because people aren’t serving the way they swing their arms and the balls go.

The benefits of achieving this goal are… Having strong power and listen what the teacher say. I would like to achieve this goal by…. I would like to achieve this goal until when I go to a higher level. The steps I will take to achieve this goal are.. searching on the internet, asking my mom ( she was in a volleyball team) and practise

Goal 3  

Getting a higher grades on MATH!!  This goal is important to me because… math is what we really need to learn because when we get older or Adults math is always there. No matter what country you go to math is there. The benefits of achieving this goal are.. Listening to the math teacher and if I don’t know something  ask an adult . I would like to achieve this goal by… trying to listen to the teacher. The steps I will take to achieve this goal are…The steps I will take to achieve this goal are remembering how to do it.

For my first and second goal. My goal is complete, because I did a handsprint and I did a spike. My next goal is to do back hand sprint, and almost i can do it on my OWN!!

Movie Angle Shot

I like this blog post because I learned a lot of  angle shots. Also I had fun doing this. In English class, we are starting to learn how to use movie angle Shot. We talked about how images are  interpreted differently from words like in a manga.  Today in our small groups ( Ashley Loretta and me), we went to the roof.  We filmed three clips and each of them are  different shots. The angle shot that we were suppose to do was ” Low angle shot, High angle shot, long shot or wide angle, medium shot close up shot, point of view shot, bird’s eye view shot and over the shoulder  shot. And then we choose 3 pictures that I like.

 

Technology 

I like this Blog Post because we were starting a new unit and that is making our own tutorial.
 

Drama

In this few month, We were learning 4 games for the competition. The game is called space jump, Expert Double Fingers, Die story Die and Statues.
On November 28 we did a competition. I was with Saya, Dan and Idan. We were allowed to choose two games so we picked Space jump and Expert double Fingers. I think we were pretty good on performing because we spook loud and clearly.    For me Die story was the hardest because I can’t make up the title and its not only me. Also theres a conductor that points at us and I don’t know when is my turn so I have to listen carefull and to  be ready to talk. My favorite game was space jump because it is easy to make a new cense.

I should improve my performance by looking at the audience , bowing when we are finish and using some hand gester.   I could use this knowledge skills by

Out of ten for criterion C I think I will get a 7 because I think I did a pretty good job in my scenes but I made some mistakes for example like I said before not bowing at the end and looking at the audience.
How could you use the skills of this game for performance?

Science and humanities 

I choose this blog post because I’d had fun going to the Ueno Zoo! 🙂 

On April 23rd, we went on a field trip to the Ueno Zoo and Tokyo National Museum. My friend Ashley and I we went to the Ueno zoo together because we live in Tokyo. We rode on the traincalled Yamanote line. But most of the people live far away from tokyo. They also went by train. They rode on the train from Ishikawachou Station.  First we went to the zoo then we went to the Tokyo National Museum. There were very close so we walked to the museum from the zoo.

 I choose this work because I think  I think i did I pretty good job on recording this video.  I kind of stopped  but I played on. The difficult part for me was the last part because I don’t practice that part. I should have improve by showing my face and try not to stop.

 

P.E 

 I choose this blog post because I wrote a lot and I did a really good job on finishing this ESSAY!!!  We did fitness for four weeks. I learned lots of words like Cardio-vascular Endurance,Flexibility, Body Composition and Muscular Strength. First I didn’t know what does these word mean but now I learned it. Cardio-vascular Endurance means about how strong your heart is, your lungs and your blood. You can test Cardio-vascular Endurance by swimming,running,basket ball and lots of  sports too. You can time  them by counting how many laps you can go. If you know the answer search in the internet and you will know your average. If it’s very bad keep on working hard and you can set some goals. Flexibility means to be flexible and to do a splits or any kind of skills. You can test then by  touching your food on your head by not hurting your self or you can touch the ground. If your not happy, you should stretch after taking a bath and  before when  you get to sleep. Another way is to go to Yoga class then I think you will get flexible. Muscular Strength means two  important parts of your body’s, ability to move and weight. You can test Muscular Strength by going to a gym class and do weight lifting. If your doing sports I think Muscular Strength, Flexibility and Cardio-vascular Endurance are very important to your bones because If we didn’t have those we are week. For example If you are doing cheerleading you have to have Muscular Strength because you have to lift people up and be flexible because you have to jump high and do a back flip or a round of you have to be flexible. There are lots of sports that need these four things for example Volley ball, cheerleading,soccer, tennis, badminton and etc.

I choose this blog post because It tells what I like and my passion and stuff. 

I think my family is a important thing in my life because they care about each other and they are always by your side and help you when you need them.

 

I think im always energetic because my best friends said so. Im always energetic when Im with my friends and go some where with them.
