In cross country I used Self- talk. I chose it because I think it might help and I will be happy if I self- talk and I might get a better time in cross country. I think it kind of worked because my score was a bit worse than before but when I did self- talking I did go a bit faster and made me happy. Next time I would like to keep on going with self-talking because it might make me go faster and I might this time be able to get a great score with this new strategy I have started to use. Lets hope to be better!!!
