# Science project – Correlation

This graph shows the negative correlation. We made this graph, by sensing the motion detector to the wall, and then slowly walk toward the wall.

For this graph, we first stayed at the same position, and then walked backwards very quickly to form a slope. After we formed the positive correlation, we will walk in the same speed for a while, so that the speed stays the same. Then, ran toward the motion detector for the negative correlation and then stay at the same speed.

We formed this graph by walking toward the wall very quickly, and then stayed at the same speed. Repeat this process one more time. Once your’ve done the previous process, you will then ran to the opposite direction of the sensor. This will form a positive correlation.

You can create this graph by staying in the same speed at first, and then when the line meets the angle, ran backwards quickly, and then stay for a while. After that, you will run back toward the sensor, and when you formed a slope, you stay in the same speed, and again, you do the same step, run toward the sensor fast, and stay.

To form this graph, you will need to walk to the opposite direction of where the sensor is. Slowly at first, and then faster and faster after a while. Then, you will need to walk at the same speed, and that will form no correlation. When the line meets the corner, you then run toward the wall quickly, and then stay at the same velocity. Then you will run backwards again, and then stay at the same velocity.

This graph shows a positive correlation. You can form this graph by sensing the wall, and then slowly walk backwards.

This is a zigzag graph. We formed this by running back and forward in a very short period of time.

For this graph, it has no correlation. We made this by staying in the same position.
