We camped and hiked in Niigata Oct 2017. I challenged myself by putting myself in a situation where I am not comfortable. Not the camping aspect, but the social aspect. Sometimes I do not work well with others, and I had to be around (and a lot of the time working) with others. I also had to do a lot of waiting, witch is usually fine, but waiting for other people that are falling behind is not my strong suit. I did develop better relationships with some people I usually wouldn’t. I can recall many times on the expeditions where I collaborated well with people that do not do much camping or are not outdoors people. Someone like me who has done lots of out doors things, like camping (Im from Texas and Tennessee) really enjoyed the expeditions and I was challenged by all of the collaboration and social aspects but I felt I was up to it.
I it changed the world in many ways. Firstly the speed of life was much faster as most things were not mane made but made in factories. secondly most people had city jobs with regular wages so this formed a middle class. Also people stayed home much less because of those jobs. Also there was much more pollution, this resulted because of factories. That also made the age of death usually lower. Lastly there was much more use of the clock ( before it was determined by the rising and falling of the sun ) because you got up and went home at specific times.
The Industrial Revolution was the transition to new manufacturing processes in the period from about 1760 to sometime between 1820 and 1840. The Industrial Revolution marks a major turning point in history; almost every aspect of daily life was influenced in some way. In particular, average income and population began to exhibit unprecedented sustained growth. The first industrial revolution began in Great Britain after 1750. There were several factors that combined to make Great Britain an ideal place for industrialization.
I will add the photo later.
Tantalum: It is mined mostly in Mozambique and Brazil, and is the only conflict mineral out of the big four (gold, Tin, Tantalum, and Tungsten) that is not mined in China. It is also used in cutting tools and camera lenses. The problem is that it is a conflict mineral and causes crime, starvation, violence, and death but without it our iPads would go silent. Also 19,000,000 funding the war. I think what we can do is make a shout out. Other people might want to donate and might have great ideas. This should also be a large scale Project to science( finding other minerals to replace the conflict minerals). But we must not take it to far, we do not want any wars. One year there where 5,000,000 Deaths. This will not cost too much money to the government. You can help.
