Explaining my confort zone during G8 Expedition

The grade 8 trip was great and we got to discover a lot of things about different people and about the activities. The first day we arrived at the camp was great because we discovered the place and where we were going to sleep. We also went at a gym and we played activities with the people from canyons. The second day we went for canyoning and rafting I really enjoyed rafting because I had already done before but laso because we cot to jump of from cliffs and that was pretty cool. I was not able to go for canyoning in the afternoon because i have asthma and that is very sad. I was very angry to everyone because i was not able to go for canyoning and i wished i could go for that activity because it looked great and i had never did some canyoning before. This was the saddest thing that happened to me and it was worst because i was alone for two hours and a half and it was very paineful to me because i was wandering what the others would be doing during tat time and how they were enjoying compered to me that was stuck at a table in the dinning area. I enjoyed going for rock climbing because it’s an activity that I am good at and  also i had already done this activity before so it made it easier for me. I learned that in rock climbing we need to be communicating at all time and also be alert because anything can happen it you are not careful and make something wrong. We also went mountain biking and i do bike a lot around my house and other places so it was not very difficult but i enjoyed the part where we went to a park to practice our strength on the bike and it was pretty cool. I learned that when you are biking you are using much more energy than when you are walking because you have to be careful to where you go and the direction you are going. We went canoeing on the 3 or 4 day and we got to play a race game with my team and splash each other and it was very fun because I discovered that you can enjoy things eventhow you are not on the ground but that you are on water. It was a fun experience and people rely liked it.
