For Next 6th Grade Water Project For I&S and Science

Hello! Future grade sixes. I am going to give you advices for the big water project with science and I&S. My advice is to use as many websites as you can and book mark or somehow remember the websites you used. If you find a website that has a lot of words, don’t skip that website and actually read it because the websites that has more words are more useful. The most fun part of the project was cleaning water in science. You got to learn a lot of ways to clean dirty water. My mistake that I did was I didn’t put a lot of river vocabularies. Those were my advices for your project. I hope you get a 0… I mean 8. Stay positive!

Make sure to check out the website that I made and it is definitely worth checking it out! –>

Advice for the next 6th grade for writing an essey

My advice is to get as much examples and try to persuade the reader. Imagine you don’t think Roald Dahl is a great author and read through the essay that you wrote/typed. Than check if you got convinced that Roald Dahl is a great author.

Roald Dahl is a great author because he creates characters whose feelings readers naturally empathise with. His writing hooks readers and helps them empathise with the the character’s tough experiences. In Matilda, Matilda’s parents don’t care about their daughter: “Nearly every weekday afternoon Matilda was left alone in the house. Her brother (five years older than her) went to school. Her father went to work and her mother went out playing bingo.” (p6). Readers empathise with how lonely she is and her sadness do to her parents neglect. In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, all the greedy and naughty children that won golden tickets failed to win the final prize. For example, Augustus Gloop leaned towards the melted chocolate river and fell in. Violet Beauregarde chewed the gum that Wonka insisted that nobody chew because it was not finished yet. In Roald Dahl’s stories, the good kids come out on top. Readers feel connected to the kids in the stories. They like to see good things happen to good kids and to not see the bad kids get rewarded. That’s why Roald Dahl is a great author.
