Unit 2 Reflection

Strength

  1. I think I did well on being focused because I got a lot of work done, for example in class 8 I was at the annotations but I went up to transferring the motif on to the plate. (However, I didn’t do well in the annotations, which is what I have to work on.)
  2. In the first unit, I was not as concentrated or focused, because I was listening to music, if I listen to music while working I can not focus because I sing along or get on the beat.

Weakness

  1. I think I could improve my cultural interest by making them look like a cultural motif by interlocking. For example, if you want to make a triangle you have to make a triangle by interlocking the corners and make it look like a triangle.
  2. In my personal interest, I didn’t know how to put in creative thinking so I couldn’t do well on the creative thinking. I could’ve done better by looking at the sheet of the creative thinking.

Interlock

  1. The accuracy of interlock is not going to look good, but it will certainly match together.
  2. My interlock makes a three-layer circle on the corners, it is not so clear but it will look like it.

Color Unity

  1. The colors I chose are Red ink and Black ink, Red paper and Black paper. These all represent youtube which is a big part of me.
  2. They are chosen so that it represents youtube and has color unity.

Art Unit 1 Reflection (edited a litlle)

Q1: My communication skills had helped me a lot in this unit, because if I didn’t know how or what to do I could ask someone for help. For example, I asked people a lot to see my shadows or highlights, and that helped me look at mistakes I couldn’t find.  While it was a challenge to focus for a long time, my skills to focus on work helped me a lot, because Even if I know what to do I still need to focus in order to do that. I used things in order to focus on work,  for example, I used a noise canceling headphone and also I listened to music to concentrate on the work.

Q2: If I had a chance to re-draw my portrait I will try to use the side of the pencil but not the pointy places because then I press too hard that there will be a mark that I can’t erase which makes the drawing look bad. And also when I have to make the shadow darker to hide the mark. And  I would use a blending stump so much more to make my face 3D. I would also do the griding more carefully because it is important when drawing every part of the face, for example, when drawing the eyes I have to know where it is and the grid shows where it is.

Q3: I think I would use the words communicator and reflective would describe my work in this unit because, I didn’t do well in the gradation scale and I was distracted at the first part of drawing my self-portrait, but then I tried to focus on my work  so then I was a bit late but still finished it. I think I am a communicator because as I said I asked other people what I should do or change in my portrait which helped me find mistakes and shadows and highlights I couldn’t see.

La casa de mi abuela en el lado de mi madre tiene el primer piso y el segundo piso. Hay una sala de estar, un estudio y una cocina en el primer piso. Hay una gran mesa de comedor, sofá y TV en la sala de estar. La abuela de mi abuelo es un político así que hay muchos libros en la estantería. El resto es computadora personal, mesa y silla. Solo hay refrigeradores, estantes y cocinas en la cocina. El siguiente es el segundo piso. Hay dos habitaciones y dos habitaciones para huéspedes en el segundo piso. Solo hay cama en el dormitorio. Las habitaciones están limitadas a futón y escritorio solamente.

Tech Day!!

Technology is about solving problems.

Remix with Ms.Madrid: Today I learned to make music smaller in iMovie. It was with Billy and he told me. ” Ohh you drag it here blah dee blah.” I guess he is good at technical stuff.  We all made lots of things like laughing lions and.

 

Papercraft: Today we did  paper craft with cubee craft and we made dead pool Iron man lots more
