“On Friday, we went to Sankei-en.  We went there to check which kind of animal can live there and be happy with the environment.  We saw a lot of kind of birds. At first, we went to the pond and saw a boat floating and we saw a big bird. The bird dived in the pond and it did not come up till 30 seconds. After it came up we saw a fish in its mouth. Around the old fashioned farmhouse we saw many centipedes. On one wood there was more than 10 centipedes on that.  In one place, we saw more than 10 turtles. One of them was on the top of the big one. We were looking for a place that we could write about where is the good place to live for the plants and bugs.  It was quite difficult to choose which kind of place will be good for plants and bugs. It was fun.”

Spring Concert – Vegematic Automatic

Grade 2 students presented the song Vegematic Automatic in their Spring Concert on May 4, 2011.

“I like the song called Vegematic Automatic.

Also I like another song called hot potato because I like to eat potato!

It was a little bit hard to practice because we needed to sing a song front of classmates and pass the test but it was fun.”
