KC Quad-blogging

As part of a math investigation into shape and space, the children were trying to find words beginning with quad. The Woodpecker Class, our tweeting friends from England, left a comment on our blog saying they had another word for our list; quad-blogging. No-one knew what quad-blogging was. We asked the Woodpeckers and they explained that it was when four classes partnered up to leave comments on each other’s blogs. The KC children thought this was a great idea and wanted to find some other classes to quad-blog with. We found three other classes in England.

Each week, everyone will focus on one school and leave comments on their blog. We started today. The focus school for this week is Mr Bird’s class in Springfield School. Every day this week we will check their class blog and leave a comment. Next week we will be the focus class and the other three classes will comment on our blog. The KC children are intrigued by their quad-blogging partners. I wonder what we shall learn from them?
