Miss C’s Super Spicy Salsa Recipe

Miss C’s Salsa


4 cans of diced or whole peeled tomatoes (without basil or other spices)
1 medium onion chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped
4-5 green chopped chiles or jalapeños (roasted if possible) or add to taste
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
1 rounded teaspoon of ground coriander
1 heaping teaspoon of ground cumin
2 heaping tablespoons of ground red chile or add to taste
2 heaping tablespoons of crushed red chile or add to taste


Put onion, garlic, fresh coriander and some of the tomato juice from the cans in a food processor or blender. Chop until the ingredients are in small pieces. Add one can of tomatoes and blend for 3 seconds…no more. Pour the mixture in a bowl or container. Put one can of tomatoes at a time into the processor and chop for 3 seconds. Combine with the other mixture. Next, add all the spices. Finalmente, stir all the ingredients together. If you don’t have a blender, just chop everything by hand and mix together. If you don’t want such a large quantity, feel free to cut the recipe down.
