  • Personal Project – Raising Awareness for Autism

Contrary to somewhat popular belief, vaccines do not cause autism. Scientists have conducted extensive research over the last two decades to determine whether there is any link between childhood vaccinations and autism. The results of this research is clear: Vaccines do not cause autism. The most popular theory is that the cause of the disorder is genetic. Although not single gene has been found to cause autism, it appears that some genes are more likely to develop autism. (Kasumi.S)
