Kindergarten students have had a fresh and very productive start to the new semester. They created their first Voicethread about what they want to learn in Kindergarten. Each student had a drawing and using their voice and text they commented on each photo. In the second round they commented on each other’s drawings. Their teacher sent out an email to all staff and parents about their project and asked for their cooperation. Some teachers already started commenting. I wonder where these conversations will take the students to? Please have a look at their project here.

I love my tech mornings… Spending an hour with the parents of the students that I work with everyday and introducing them the technologies their kids use is a great opportunity for all of us. This morning we commented on Grade 2′s blogs, learned how to create a Voicethread and leave a comment on it.
