What is poetry? It’s the only writing that I do these days. It’s powerful, intense, immediate and inherently personal. Young minds are particularly alive to the creativity behind it and respond immediately, naturally to it.
I’ve just bought some vinyl this afternoon which has the poetry of Auden, Yeats, Ezra Pound & Hardy on them……..It cost me a £1 per LP!!!!!!! Remarkable! Love these masters of the word……love listening to their voices……Vern
