Would you be interested in starting a webcast television series here at YIS? Or maybe you have some short films you’ve been dying to make? If you are interested in filmmaking or acting for the camera, there will be a meeting on Thursday June 14th at 12:50 in Room M203 to talk about running this activity next year. There’s no commitment at this point – we just need to see how many people there might be who are interested in writing scripts, acting for the camera, directing, production, and editing films. Mr. Pitter and Mr. Welk (both film-school grads) are interested in doing some filmmaking next year and hope you will join us. If nobody comes, there will be no super-awesome cinemanic film club next year.
(If you are interested and absolutely can’t make the meeting, send me an email at pitterd@yis.ac.jp and let me know what you might be interested in before the meeting). (Mr. Pitter)
