The two applications are:
Application: Scientific evidence for health risks of trans fats and saturated fatty acids.
Application: Evaluation of evidence and the methods used to obtain the evidence for health claims made about lipids.
These are also shown on page 27 of the class notes.
Make some brief notes for both of the applications that you can share in a group with the aim of completing a table similar to the one below during our next class.
